Thailand Arbitrator

Noppramart is a highly experienced arbitration practitioner with a distinguished track record in complex commercial disputes. She has acted as both arbitrator and counsel in sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional cases spanning international joint ventures, shareholder disputes, construction matters, and investment conflicts. Her work reflects a deep understanding of cross-border legal dynamics and a strategic approach to dispute resolution.

She is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and is listed as an arbitrator on several leading international panels, including those of the Thailand Arbitration Institute (TAI), the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). In addition, she holds the notable distinction of being the sole accredited mediator from Thailand at the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI).

Beyond her professional practice, Noppramart has contributed extensively to legal education. She has been invited for many years to serve as a visiting lecturer in maritime law and arbitration at Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University, sharing her expertise with the next generation of legal professionals.

Noppramart also plays an active role in advancing dispute resolution in Thailand. She was appointed as a member of the Thai Arbitration Committee of the Thai Chamber of Commerce for the 2023–2024 term and currently serves as a member of the Trade Dispute Mediation Center under the Thai Chamber of Commerce (Announcement No. 009/2024). In these roles, she provides guidance and resolution services for both domestic and international trade disputes.

Through her work, Noppramart continues to elevate the standards of arbitration and mediation in Thailand. Her contributions not only strengthen the country’s dispute resolution framework but also support the growth of international trade and reinforce confidence in Thailand as a fair and reliable legal environment.
